Cancellation Policy:
Applied Nutrition Canada aims to provide an excellent service to our clients. This requires us to have expert practitioners on site at our clinic to carry out the appointments which have been booked. Late cancellations and no-shows make it impossible for us to book another client into that session, so we incur all the costs of the session but receive no payment. If this was allowed to continue, we would have to raise prices to all our clients in order to cover the costs of the ‘no-shows’. We think this would be unfair!
In order to avoid this, it is our policy to ask for 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. Appointments that are cancelled without the required notice will be subject to the full session costs. We appreciate your understanding.
